Posters
Posters will be set up on Monday 1st October – Wednesday 3rd October between 09:00 and 10:00 and taken down on Monday 1st October – Wednesday 3rd October between 17:00 and 18:00.
Best Poster
A number of posters
which have been selected by the Scientific Advisory Committee based on
the quality of the work presented, will be shown to the audience during
the morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
Poster Tours
The Scientific Advisory Committee has chosen to organise guided poster
tours (led by experts in the field), giving researchers the opportunity
to present their work during the congress. Presenters will be available
at their posters on their assigned day. Each presenter shall be given
3-5 minutes to outline their findings and answer questions.

Poster Information
Posters will be on
display on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at
lunchtime (12:30 – 14:00). Presenters will be asked to be available on
their assigned day to answer questions. Guided tours will be organized
to give an opportunity to poster presenters to showcase his/ her work.
All of the Poster and Platform presentations are available to view on the congress planner. Using the search functionality you can search by Author, Title or keywords.
Poster board dimensions: The maximum available dimensions of the landscape poster board are 1938mm (w) x 946mm (h):

Abstracts
The abstract submission system is now closed.
All abstract submitters and presenters for the 10th ECE have now been informed of their acceptance/ rejection. The contact details provided at the time of submission will be used for all correspondence related to the congress. If you have not received your correspondence please contact abstracts@epilepsycongress.org.
Please note that the decision of the Scientific Advisory Committee is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
