Rooms have been reserved for delegates attending the 10th ECE in hotels situated beside the Excel Centre or in central London. The list of hotels below has been selected by the accommodation agency. All properties can be booked online; please follow the booking instructions here. 

London caters for a variety of preferences and varies from luxurious to low-budget. London also offers various options for accommodation which can be much cheaper; these can be found on hotel booking websites or through the London Tourist Board. Budget options include: various B&B websites and the Doctor in the House website. Holiday and apartment rentals can also be found via popular sites such as Holiday Rentals.co.uk

Online reservation

Participants can book their hotel room online. An initial deposit of £ 200,00 upon booking is required. Full prepayment by credit card is mandatory by 17 August 2012. Each participant will receive a confirmation. After 17 August 2012, hotel accommodation is subject to availability.

Manual Registration Processing Surcharge

Hotel bookings received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of £ 20,00. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online hotel booking system that is safe, quick and easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation.

Cancellation and refund policy

If your hotel reservation is cancelled until 17 August 2012, the deposit will be refunded less £ 60,00 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 17 August 2012 or if you arrive later or leave earlier than indicated on your reservation, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of £ 30,00. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing. The hotels will not accept direct changes.
