HALF-DAY TOURS

London Orientation Tour

The tour will take you by coach to all the major panoramic areas of London such as the City, including St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London, The Houses of Parliament with Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.

This tour includes coach transport to and from ICC London ExCeL and an English speaking guide.

Please note that this tour is included for all officially registered accompanying persons so please make sure that accompanying persons do not double book. However, this tour is open to book for any registered delegates of the Congress.

Tours are subject to availability and minimum numbers being attained and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. All best endeavours will be made to present the tour programme as printed. However, the 10th European Congress on Epileptology and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the tour programme for any reason beyond its reasonable control. The 10th European Congress on Epileptology and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
 
You will be notified two weeks prior to your scheduled booked tour if the minimum number of attendees required has not been attained and the tour is therefore cancelled.  You will then be given the option to attend another tour. Should you not wish to do so, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled tour or if you wish to go ahead with an alternative tour, any difference in price between the two tours will be refunded or will be an additional charge.

Cancellation:

Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing to the Tour Organisers at ECE2012.Tours@congrex.com. Cancellations will be accepted up to and including Friday, 31 August 2012 with a refund of all fees less 15% cancellation administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions for attendees on the tour may be made at any time.  Admission to the tours will be on production of the relevant tour ticket on day of departure.
